Paris, France Travel Video

EuropeanExpress

Everyone needs a vacation, and this was the ultimate trip. London, Paris, Nice, Monte Carlo, Venice, Florence, Pisa and Rome. All by train. This two minute video includes 700 photos. Six pictures every second.

The video style is less about any one image, but about the overall sensation or impression. Kinda like the trip, when you're on the move experiencing new things minute by minute, day after day. It all flies by.

The ecosystem comprises of the lake, surrounded by mainly wooded and bushy grasslands. The lake is world famous as the location of the greatest bird spectacle on earth - myriads of fuchsia pink flamingos whose numbers are legion, often more than a million - or even two million. They feed on the abundant algae, which thrives in the warm waters. Scientists reckon that the flamingo population at Nakuru consumes about 250,000 kg of algae per hectare of surface area per year. Other birds also flourish in the area, as do warthogs, baboons and other large mammals. Black and white rhinos have also been introduced. The lake's level dropped dramatically in the early 1990s but has since largely recovered. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species. less
